Shipping Information ...
All items purchased will be shipped standard USPS priority or UPS ground unless noted within 2 business days from date of purchase, the only exceptions would be the desktop computer special which is custom made and will require more time (usually shipped within 5 business days) and download purchases, which should be available immediately, if they are not, they will be emailed to you, or you will be directed to a download page. If they are purchased before 3:00 pm, we will respond by 6:00pm to get the item to you, after 3:00 pm, you will receive a response by 12:00pm the following day. (all times EST).
